We, Shenal & Shevon Weerasinghe,twin brothers, are deeply grateful to the management and staff of PACE Institute for the kind support and guidance provided to us. Currently, we’re both following BSc(Hons.) degree in International Management & Business from University of Plymouth conducted by the National School of Business Management (NSBM).

Even if we studied for ‘Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing’, we were really worried whether we could pass the exam. It was the lecturers and the staff at PACE who encouraged us, inspired confidence in us and guided us to sit this examination on April 8, 2017. We did pass the exam well and on top of that the course taught us a lot about Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Marketing, Google AdWords, Email Marketing, Mobile Marketing and Google Analytics.

I was given the opportunity to follow the Professional Certification in Digital Marketing by my employer as a part of my career training.

I was involved with the creation and development of creative display advertisements and rich media at the time and was involved in developing over 3000 display advertisements to many clients around the world including some leading brands listed in Fortune 500.

However I was in need of strategic development and planning of digital campaign to juggle the responsibilities assigned to me by the organization.

During my training period I was given a hands on approach to handling real world situations and case studies involved in a digital media campaign by the panel of industry experts at PACE Institute. I came to know about the Professional Certification in Digital Marketing, through a career counselor, just after finishing my Advanced Level.

I was contemplating a career in marking and the prospect of becoming a digital marketer looked extremely interesting and challenging to me.

Prior to the training program my digital media exposure was limited to mainstream social media activities and I didn’t have technical or practical knowledge needed in implementing a digital marketing campaign.

However, within few weeks into my training I became an online marketing intern, allowing me to test my new gained skills.
