Laurels to Thusitha for Earning Full Marks at RHCSA Exam

March 24, 2013

It’s with a profound sense of accomplishment that we announce to you yet another remarkable achievement by a PACE student.

Thusitha Withanage secured full marks ( 300 out of 300) for Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) Exam which was held on March 24 2015.

A graduate from the Faculty of Engineering, University of Peradeniya, Thusitha holds a BSc Computer Engineering Degree. Also, he is a holder of CCNA Routing and Switching Certification and is currently getting ready for CCNP & Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) Exams.

‘Even though I possess experience of working in a Linux environment’, says he, ‘this is the first time I ever faced a Red hat Exam.’

He elaborates ‘ hard work, steady focus during the lectures and lab sessions and taking a practical approach to all the studies led to my achievement. You can’t just commit the notes to memory and pass the Red Hat Exams. You have to be more practical and should be able to understand the logic behind the Linux problems. I’ve been a Linux fan since my University days.’

‘My special thanks go to Mr. Rohan de Silva who was my instructor from the start and he offered us a lot of excellent advice not only for the training/exam but also for our career development. Also, I must thank Mr Hiran Perera who instructed us prior to the exam, the PACE institute that offered us a great lab facility and also its friendly staff also who helped us in many ways.’

At PACE, we wholeheartedly root for Thusitha for his outstanding achievement and make this a great opportunity to extend a cordial invitation to aspiring students out there to study RHCSA / RHCE here and become top Linux Professionals.
